TR6 (yet more)
Boring innit? But I do feel duty bound to document this engine build as the owner likes to know whats going on when he hears me shout from the shed. Tonight I re-checked the timing (happy as is) and refitted the timing case cover. The chain tensioner was a bugger to fit due to tiny split pins holding it in place.
The sump is just sat in place, I need to find some extra bolts to tighten it down. I did find time to clean up the flywheel and bolt that back on. I need to borrow a better torque wrench as mine only goes to 80 foot pounds and the flywheel bolts need to be tightened to 95 foot pounds. For now they are at 80 pounds. I still need to fit the rear spigot bush (note to self).
