Leg 19 the last miles, full circle done.
The last preview stage, taking me back to the Severn view services on the M48, having finally succumb to using a motorway to cross the River Seven, using the original bridge.
Pendine to The M48 services
This leg is spent avoiding the M4, and following as close as possible to the coast road through two major cities and the Port Talbot steel works. But first i plan to tour the Gower which will be nice to revisit after a 20 year absence.
This part of Wales has for better or worse always been a place to drive past on the way to West Wales (sometimes known as the end of the universe), so I don’t know what to expect, but I know I will be keen by this point to just Finish, the full coastal tour, then it just the extra 120 miles to get home afterwards. Home will be very welcome by then 20 days and nights on the road.
So there you have it the full preview of the longest drive I will have done by the time I finish (or it finishs me off)
Next in the Preview series is the vehicle, as this is a car related blog it seems daft to of not talked about what I will be driving and why.
