Its cold outside
Blimey its amazing what one can get done when you have a workshop, light, heat and some time… Tonight was the first night in the workshop thanks to my nice next door neighbour. Here is Ray in the workshop, all set up for me to start the front brakes.
So tonight I started and finished one side, they will need adjusting but not till I have done both sides. I also checked and re greased the front brakes and ball joints.
I then decided to check the rear seat belt mounts (one of the terrible rust spots) no need to worry, they look like new! I also took the opportunity to dust hoover and generally clean up the boot space, under the rear seats and clean / feed the rear seats. I still have the door cars to sort, and the door surround trims.
All in all a long evening but so much more gets done in a day, so I am not going to waste them, tomorrow I shall get the other front brake changed over, then its master cylinder time.
