Alarming Saturday
Today I spent most of the day in the workshop, but didn’t actually get that much done. I fitted the Siren for the Alarm, and the motion detector. Sorting the wires out is a lot harder than one imagines, especially this alarm as it has over 20 wires going off here there and everywhere.
In the morning I did pop over to Leicester to collect the filters the previous owner still had, and very nice that she is she also gave me all the old oil bottles and cans, the old Motorbike and car books she had and an old torque wrench that was set on a shelf gathering dust in one of the sheds.
I shall have to pop out in the morning and check on the GT but the plan for tomorrow is to bleed and re adjust the brakes. If I do manage to obtain a metal fuel line I shall also swap the carburettor over and re start the engine tuning programme.
